The second key, executive presence thinking category, is how you think about others. We'll cover five lines of thought contrasting the low-presence patterns with high-presence patterns. As you hear each one, think of situations where your thinking is toward the low-presence side, so going forward starting today you can shift to the high-presence side whenever you need to. Here's the first low-presence pattern. Focusing on faults. This is dwelling on peoples short comings and imperfections.
