(upbeat music) - Hi, it's Claire, and today I'm going to give you some ideas for how to massage your glutes, get some relief in your hips. It'll help with any low back pain you have. I know you're sitting all day in your chairs and I'm going to teach you how to use your chair and that tennis ball to massage yourself. Okay, so you have your tennis ball and you've got your chair. We're going to use the tennis ball and sit on the chair to move the tennis ball around. But I'm just going to show you where we're going to be working. You can use the tennis ball to get in to the hamstrings here and we're also going to use it to get in to the glutes. These muscles here in particular are the ones that you want to get to to help relieve your low back pain. Hamstrings will help with that too.
