- So what are your tendencies? I've provided a simple worksheet to help your self-discovery. Your goal isn't to create perfect answers. You won't show this work to anyone else. It's simply to create more awareness about how you prefer to operate. The past habits section helps you become aware of your tendencies. In it, you'll see two questions. What is a successful habit that you've created in the past and why was it a good fit for you? One or two examples is enough. For example, you may say that you had the habit of going for a walk for 20 minutes each morning and it worked for you because you like to get up early. Next, what is an unsuccessful attempt that you had at creating a habit and why was it a bad fit for you? You've got two spaces for this, but you don't have to fill them all up if you don't want to.
