It's Maya Angelou quote. - [Female] And it's totally appropriate for talking about purpose at work. Because impact, impact stories are something that we talk a lot about in our consulting business. And impact stories are true emotional stories about how a business or person made a difference to a customer or to a colleague. And these impact stories don't include all the specs and product details.
