- The team is motivated by their team lead. So we have directors that lead teams and our teams are set up, not by specialty. Our teams are set up by client. So what's really exciting is that you feel like you're part of that client's culture, you feel like you're part of that client's business. You have a category that you can specialize in, you have an audience and consumers that you can learn about and understand, and the team, I think, is motivated by making a difference. You know, whatever those KPIs are, often they're sales. Sometimes it's just changing somebody's point of view. Sometimes it's informing people. But I think the team mostly is motivated by the opportunity to work with great minds and create a shift in consumer behavior, to change behavior.
