- You want to go for the contract, but you don't have the right resources for the bid, what do you do? One option is to leverage a Contract Teaming Arrangement or a CTA, CTAs allow you to join with another organization to better provide a total solution. Don't think this is rare. GSA encourages the use of CTAs to meet buyer requirements. This is beneficial especially when your product or service is lacking in a particular area, or compliments another product to make your offering whole. This helps also to expand your footprint in the government marketplace. There are a lot of benefits to a CTA and you can read about them on the GSA website.
