- The dynamics of being ethical in a team environment can be complicated given differing skills, personalities, and backgrounds. For example, I think it's ethical to let a person fail, in some circumstances, if learning occurs. It works when you proceed with integrity and protect your company and the people involved. Let's drop in on an interesting scenario that demonstrates this. - Look Bob, I know how you like supporting the development of the team and so I have this idea to tell you about. - Great, tell me all about it. - All right, so Allen's doing great. He's fitting in with the team nicely but like we talked about, he is stubborn. I mean, that's putting it mildly, right?
