You might ask yourself, where does your team struggle and how could it improve? if your team hasn't developed ground rules that govern team member expectations, consider scheduling a ground rules development session. If your team isn't fully leveraging technology to schedule meetings more easily, control information flow, or track task progress, assign someone to research options and present them to the team, or maybe your team hasn't checked in on what's working and what's not in a long time or ever. It might be time to add a debrief to your next team meeting agenda. My challenge to you over the next 60 days is this.
