I want to leave you with a couple of tips to further your exploration of leadership in general and emotional intelligence specifically. The first tip is to take an emotional intelligence assessment, EI for short. Just enter emotional intelligence assessment in a search engine. You'll have lots of options to choose from. Next, if you want to explore EI in more detail, purchase one of Daniel Goleman's books on emotional intelligence. Remember, leadership and management skills are both essential to well-run projects. Applying the strategic and leadership skills from this course will take you from good to great.
