- [Narrator] Leveraging other people's experience is a key to success. Having a dependable coach is the quickest way to get to the top for the beginning real estate investor. The fastest, easiest way to build a business is through coaching. The money saved by having a coach far outweighs the cost of any coaching program. When you enter a coaching program, strive to be a coachable person. Learn from someone else's successes and failures. That way, you don't make the same mistakes, and you can get to the successes faster. Attend live events, network with other people who are in your situation. Meet other experts who have been in your shoes, and strive to be around others like yourself. That will build your confidence, and it will build your network.
