- All right, so let's talk about action steps. Number one, make sure you take the personality and career tests that we have listed in the PowerPoint below. This is so important and so powerful. It does not take that much time. It will probably take you an hour to finish all the tests. So sit down, take the test and then take screenshots of them and pop them into that PowerPoint. The second thing you need to do is send those emails and letters and ask people, hey, I really want you to sit down and think about what my strengths are. Well, it's awesome to ask someone in-person these questions, it's really powerful to get them to write it down, 'cause it's going to force them to take time and really think through it. So create a list of five to 10 people you can send it to. Once you get those responses back, see if you can find if there's any similarities in the strengths.
