- I want to thank you for taking the time to watch this course. These are just the first few steps on the path to being a better leader and manager. I shared some really useful skills, but remember, these skills are not something that will magically become part of your toolkit overnight. They require practice to ensure that they become habits. I want you to commit to integrating these skills into your everyday leadership. The more you practice, the more they will become part of you as a leader. But for now, there are a few things you can do to help take the knowledge from this course and apply it immediately. First, I want you to do a self-assessment. I strongly recommend taking an assessment that gives you something other than just a self-assessment.
