- Hi, this is Carrie with CH/LL. We live in a fast paced world. and in this risky world, things can often feel urgent and rushed, giving us a sense of overwhelm. When we learn to slow down, take a pause and ground ourselves. You can find that this fast paced world can feel less stressful and we can be more productive in it. So let's take a few moments to breathe together. Settle into a comfortable posture. Feel a sense of pausing. Just taking a moment to tune in. This might feel like bringing awareness into your body. As you take a deep exhale and allowing things to get a little heavy. This might feel like settling your weight into the ground, into your seat, into your cushion. This pause, this slowing down, might feel like a cleansing breath, coming in through your nose, filling your lungs, and emptying as if all of you is pouring out into this moment.
