- So the great news is that there are a number of projects getting ready to deliver their outputs into your business unit. But before this happens, we need to make sure that we're prepared to use these outputs effectively. There's no point in releasing a new system if staff are not able to use it because they've not been trained. So during the planning of the change, managers will have considered how their business units will move from the old to the new ways of working and embed change successfully.
