- [Instructor] Let's talk about how we can successfully work with real estate agents to help us. Because when we're checking out MLS listed properties, we expect that agents will be involved. In a real estate transaction, two agents usually represent the parties who are the buyer and the seller. We call these the listing agent who represents the seller and the selling agent or buyer's agent who represents the buyer. Being familiar with the roles of the agents helps us communicate more effectively with them. For our investing business, we want to create relationships with both listing agents and buyers agents. I often get questions about whether it's best to have one dedicated agent or whether to use multiple agents. I always recommend working with many agents and I am an agent.
