- The last step that we want to go through is actually testing your unique competitive advantage to make sure that it covers all the bases, right? The first test that we look at is sustainability. And within sustainability we really have to ask the question is my unique competitive advantage sustainable over time, or is it temporary, will it be lost? And what I'd like to do is I'd actually like to use Amazon from our earlier example, and their delivery unique competitive advantage to test each one just to give you an example.
