- Working remotely has a lot of great perks, but making sure senior leaders are thinking about you, advocating for you and keeping you top of mind while everybody is remote, is probably going to be pretty tough to rely on. Just think about it. Your boss is likely juggling a million things to their workload, deliverables, managing the expectations of their boss. This video is specifically geared towards those employees who are looking to stay visible. So great opportunities still come their way. So the first thing you want to think about is setting the foundation of being proactive in your communications. I will continuously talk about this throughout this course, but staying top of mind means finding opportunities to interact with your manager and others, even though they did not reach out to you.
