- Ethical behavior has many facets. One of them is communication. Who do you talk to? When and how you share information can be a tricky path to navigate. Let's drop in on a conversation between an employee and a manager. Listen to the dialogue and determine if you believe any ethical concerns exist in this scenario. - Hey, Bob, do you have a minute?
