Solutions for eye strain at work
- Eye strain is a very common issue for anybody who is spending a lot of time sitting in front of a computer, using a tablet, or doing a lot of reading. Because what's happening when we're focused on one object at one distance, the muscles in our eyes aren't changing position, and so it's almost the same as when you go to a grocery store and you decide you're going to walk home with your bag of groceries. So you leave the store and you're carrying your grocery bag, and the bag doesn't feel that heavy, but the farther away you get from the store, the heavier the bag becomes, and the reason for that is because you're keeping your biceps in a constricted position and the biceps like all the other muscles in our body are used to moving from extension to flection and flection to extension.
