(upbeat electronic music) - In this challenge, you're the PMO leader of the IT department of your organization, overseeing a portfolio of 40 projects. You're going to present to your CIO and discuss three projects that need help. Remember, the challenge asks you, how will you prepare and deliver your narrative to your CIO so that it results in the outcomes you desire? There are multiple ways to approach this, but here's what I'd do for all three projects.
