In this instance, it was due to a multi-car accident and you had to vacate your work area along with your tools and equipment in a very short time period, and your team was panicking. The question I posed was, what elements or structures could you use in your project plan to handle this more smoothly? Although difficult, there are actions you can take to ensure you react well when a situation like this occurs. In fact, you actually can have more control than you think.
