Six questions you need to ask about research

- You're a trainer and not a neuroscientist, so why does it matter whether you use evidence-based models or research so long as people learn? The main reason is you don't want to waste time doing things that don't work. Plus, you'll be seen as more professional when you can challenge the claims of it's been proven by research. It can quickly damage your credibility if you share something your audience believes is patently wrong or out of date. A single question isn't enough to prove evidence one way or another but there are six that will give you a weight of evidence.
