Sharing expectations with candidates

- Often, the best candidates for your jobs are not the best interviewer, unless they have a sales background. It's for that reason that you want to share your timeline and expectations in advance. Now, how should you communicate with people? When you communicate with candidates, it either increases their level of interest or decreases their level of interest. And so you want to be very careful to always focus on how the virtual interview benefits them. Share contact information, give them a point of contact.
