When it comes to what makes a story great, how do we think about that in terms of length, or components, or how do we story tell well? - [Guest] Well, I think in an interview there are some similarities to telling a great story at a party and a story at an interview. Although I'm sure the interviews are maybe not quite as amusing as stories you might tell in other areas of your life. You want to have a little bit of a story arc, you want to paint a picture, and you want to make sure that you're really sharing what you in particular did to contribute to the project, or the situation, right? Instead of falling back on the generic we, which I think some people, and I think this might come from people who are a little bit more on the modest side.
