The eighth step of the A3 problem-solving methodology provides this by guiding your team to capture lessons learned about what went well and what didn't go so well. Plus, you get to share it with the rest of the organization. Making this a deliberate step in the A3 process helps ensure that organizational learning habits, which can improve your team's capacity for innovation and effective problem-solving. Let me share some simple steps for conducting a lessons learned session.
