- All right, well Rich, thank you again so much for inviting us into this incredible company of yours. It's been, brought me joy and I don't mean that - Awesome. Just to, you know, we were talking earlier, you know, as my own situation running Gemba Academy, with my business partners. There's so much that we're constantly trying to do and just seeing and learning from folks like you is very inspiring. So, there's so many things that you talk about in the book that we haven't touched on, and I wanted to talk about how you interview people, 'cause it's a very unique situation. So, the best thing I can say, to the folks watching this is, you got to buy the book.
