So I understand that you guys have practiced some Setup Reduction? - Right. - So why don't you tell us a little bit about well, I guess this is kind of the before improvement. - Yeah this is definitely before improvement. I mean, we're still in the process of transitioning. So we did a soft disadherent clear coat and one of the things that we found out was that we were taking a lot of time in just the handling of the parts. You know? Putting in the parts, unloading, loading it into the oven, unloading into the oven. So I mean, we're finding out that we're seeing tons and tons of time doing that. So what we did was, we moved away from these carts, and we developed a SMED cart. Basically, the SMED cart comes in here into this process and it gets loaded, and the parts get loaded into a SMED cart, and that…
