The LinkedIn Learning staff instructor will explain the different integrations options available from the LinkedIn Learning Administration Settings tab.
- [Instructor] Under the settings tab, you have options available for setting up different types of integrations. Depending on your account, you may see different options available on your screen than you do here. Viewing preferences allow for your users to either browse content from the LinkedIn Learning library on their own or focused learning which only allows users to access courses launched from your LMS and it does not allow browsing the LinkedIn Learning library. To download a list of all of our courses, select this option, choose which language you would like, and if you want to view active or retired courses or both.
Active courses are all courses that are currently available in the LinkedIn Learning library. Retired courses are no longer available in the library usually because they are either very outdated or for whatever reason have very low viewing activity. Once you've chosen which list you want to download, just select download CSV. On the left here you'll see integrations including single sign-on, automating a daily CSV, or access tokens, and LMS integrations via AICC.
These sections are highly involved so you may need to involve some technical person from your organization to help out. SSO is an acronym for Single Sign-On and allow users to access multiple authorized resources with one login. We have two options for your organization to automatically add and update learners into your account. One is by access tokens which give your developers access to your AIPs and two, SFTP, where you can securely upload files for retrieval.
LMS is a Learning Management System. If you have LMS compatible with your AICC, you can enable your integration from the settings page and download AICC packages for your LinkedIn Learning courses.
