- [Instructor] Set weekly or monthly goals for making offers. Generally, it takes more MLS offers to get deals than other types of leads. So, be persistent and create a system. The number of offers to get a deal can vary from market to market. So, let's do a little calculating for example. If you know that for every 25 offers you make, one gets accepted and if your goal is to have 12 accepted offers, one every month, then you will need to make at least 300 offers per year or 25 offers every month to reach your goal. Track all your offers using the offer tracking form, the spreadsheet provided with the resources for this training course. Whether you're working with one agent or many, you will definitely want to keep track of all the properties you've looked at and all the offers you've made.
