- [Instructor] Now let's get into this sheet that we call the Seller Lead Sheet. That is this powerful tool that really helps us and guides us through the process. Our top segment is where we're gathering basic information about the property. The first question we always do ask is the property address. And that's really the end of our elevator pitch. The second question we want to ask them is what is the lead source if we haven't got it already? They may come out like I did and say, I saw, I got your yellow letter. Typically, if we're using bandit signs and they say they called off a sign, I want to try to get more detail on which sign it was, so I kind of know which one is producing leads. But we always want to track because ultimately for all of our marketing, you want to be able to assign a dollars per lead, and we can't determine that if we don't get this information right off the bat.
