- [Speaker One] Often the way it'll happen is something will be on fire and they're like, "Ugh." They hear from their peers or their boss or their boss's peers, "You've got to fix the situation with this account." So they're like, "Okay we got to fix the situation. "Turn the team around. "Boy I want to put up a win on the scoreboard. "Do anything you have to." And because they don't understand yet how things really work there, often they commit yes to a quick win that maybe is the worst one to try to turn around right now and they do it in a way that really sets the relationships off on the wrong foot. - [Speaker Two] I can totally see that happening and so it's like, "By golly I'm going to prove myself. "We're going to deliver something fantastic," and then right off the bat your teammates are thinking, "I hate this person." - [Speaker One] Right. - [Speaker Two] Yep, that sounds like a bad news for sure.
