- There's no doubt that the C-suite can be an intimidating setting. Sellers that are prepared carry confidence that's contagious to the buyers. Attitude matters. We have a straightforward formula. Prepare, picture, and perform. When you do this with the right attitude, excellent results can happen. I love the quote from author Charles Swindoll. "I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me "and 90% of how I react to it. "And so it is with you, "we are in charge of our attitudes." Coach Lou Holtz says it this way. "Ability is what you're capable of doing. "Motivation determines what you do. "Attitude determines how well you do it."
