- Hey welcome to Desk Yogi, … my name is Tasha and I'm going to lead you through … a variation on the sun salutation, sitting in our chair … and stretching and breathing and getting some movement … and blood flow in our bodies. … So ready, here we go. … So let's start by standing, and just feet hip-width apart, … and just right away just closing your eyes, … let your hands just be open, receiving mode … and let's come into our breath. … So as you inhale, arms gather out to the side, … reaching up, the palms come together just drawing down … into your heart as you exhale. … (exhales) … And staying at the heart, take a breath in. … And then as you exhale, pressing the palms down so that … feeling the grounding of your breath … (exhales) … At the bottom of that, you can sit back down in your chair, … clasp your hands at the base of your spine … so you're interlocking your fingers, … take an inhale, let your heart lift, the shoulders melt away … Lift through the chin, feel that big opening, …
