We hope that when you reflect on what you learned in this course, you are amazed by the incredibly wide range of what you know, and are able to do. However, it is important to know that in healthcare, the roles and responsibilities of healthcare workers are clearly defined. In other words, doctors have particular roles and responsibilities for patient's health, as do nurses. Likewise, CNAs have specific roles and limits on what they can and cannot do for a patient.
