- Hi, I'm Baxter and today I'm going to introduce something I call sassy elbows to you, so I don't know if you've done this yourself or if you have friends who do this. There's a certain attitude that goes along with it, but it's this whole thing where you get that hand on the hip and the elbow kind of goes back like this and it tends to convey some emotional intensity but today we're actually going to use this as a way of addressing the elbows a little bit and it's also really nice for the shoulders and upper chest, so what you're going to do is you're going to bring your hands somewhere onto your back body, so either kind of down by the hips probably starting a little lower at first is a good idea, and you're going to press your hands into maybe the upper part of your buttocks and as you do that I want you to start by elbow squeezing in, chest broadening away from the center, so you're going to widen the front of your chest…
