- Hi, I'm Baxter and today I'm going to introduce something … I call sassy elbows to you, … so I don't know if you've done this yourself … or if you have friends who do this. … There's a certain attitude that goes along with it, … but it's this whole thing where you get that hand … on the hip and the elbow kind of goes back like this … and it tends to convey some emotional intensity … but today we're actually going to use this … as a way of addressing the elbows a little bit … and it's also really nice for the shoulders … and upper chest, … so what you're going to do is you're going to bring your hands … somewhere onto your back body, … so either kind of down by the hips probably … starting a little lower at first is a good idea, … and you're going to press your hands into maybe the upper part … of your buttocks and as you do that I want you … to start by elbow squeezing in, chest broadening away … from the center, so you're going to widen the front … of your chest and then try pressing the thumb side …
