- Hi, it's Arturo, and in this segment I'm going to show a few stretches to do that work really well if you have a rolling chair. So you can come to face your desk and place your elbows and forearms on the desk and palms down. And walk your feet back and scoot the chair back, leaving your elbows on the desk until you get a, you're basically doing a forward fold, what we call a forward fold in yoga, and getting a bit of a stretch through the shoulders on both sides. And if you want, you can even rest your forehead on your desk or not if it's got a really strong edge to it. Check in with your breath here. You want to stay relaxed. You may be feeling the stretch through the sides of the body and through the sides of the shoulder. But you may also feel it in the hamstrings on the backs of the thighs.
