Restless search
- I want to say next that you must never settle for a job that you're not loving. You only get one life. You've got some sort of a purpose in this life and you need to spend it on a job that is right for you. So if your job is okay or quite comfortable or quite well-paid, that's not good enough. You've got to keep the restless search going. Somewhere out there will be the right job for you. You've just got to find it. So as well as being made redundant a few times, I've left quite a few jobs. I left Westland Helicopters because I just didn't agree with the way it was run and I just felt it was too political and it was too hard to make a difference. And I worked for a company called Strachan Henshaw Machinery in Bristol and that was so much better, so much more efficient. We all worked as one team.
