- [Interviewer] When it comes to just sort of the organization of tasks and time, and the day in, day out, I understand you've got some perspectives on how we can do that better so we can achieve more before we get tired. - [Peter] Right. The key of productivity is to having regular rest. So for example, workaholics are procrastinators too, but they are procrastinators of having a rest. So it means that if you are working 12 hours in a row without rest, the quality of your work is very low. But if you work one hour and then you have a rest and then you work another hour, your productivity's much higher. So regular rest is important. And to have a rest even before you are tired is very important, because if you are tired, you don't have willpower to go for a walk. So you should go for a walk before you are tired and you should drink that fresh juice before you are exhausted and so and so. It's on…
