(upbeat music) - Hello, my name's Karleigh Herman and this sequence is going to guide you through techniques to release your wrist. We're going to begin by placing our left elbow at the top of our right forearm at the belly of the muscle. The belly of the muscle's that thicker portion of the muscle. This is probably going to feel tender because this is a very common trigger point. Take a few deep belly breaths here to help release that tension. Good, let's move to the second point, which is in the middle of our forearm. And adjust your elbow as needed based on where you may feel that trigger point. Take a few deep breaths, encouraging that muscle to relax. Good. Let's go to our last point, just above the wrist. And allow yourself to feel around for the tension.
