- So we've made the case. We've talked about ways to make it happen, overcoming those internal barriers, like navigating conflict and imposter syndrome. But how do we make work worth it? We spend so much time there. How do we actually enjoy the ride? I spent an entire chapter writing about relationships because, at the core, relationships are everything. Think about your relationships. There's a number of different roles that people can play in your personal/professional life. They could be an ally or a collaborator, maybe somebody that shares a similar passion. Remember that your fuel that you identified at the beginning of the course?
