- When you travel a lot for business, it's inevitable that you're going to run into delays, changes, or even cancellations of your flights due to weather, mechanical issues, or some other vague reasons the airlines never quite explain. So what can you do if there's an unexpected change to your itinerary while you're traveling? For example, maybe you know that the flight you're currently on is late and you probably won't make your connecting flight once you land. Now these days many airlines' computer systems know when you're probably going to miss your connection, and will automatically rebook you on the next available flight. But if you want to be a little more proactive there are couple things you can do. First, if you're on a delayed flight and you have Wi-Fi access on that flight, you can log into your account on the airline's website and try to change your flight from there.
