- In business today, we love the idea of risk taking. But we don't love the reality of risks that end in failure. So this is a problem for leaders today. And the solution lies in making the right kinds of distinctions so that people really understand that some failures are mission-critical steps on the way to success, but some kinds of failures are indeed problematic.
