It's a common thought because we're not always smart about managing our time. This issue is so important, since time may very well be the most precious asset we have in our careers and our lives. Every minute that passes by is a minute you can't get back. And be honest, we waste time every day in a variety of ways. Sometimes, we focus on the wrong work or the right work at the wrong time. Or maybe we put too much time into personal issues or socializing. The point is, we struggle with this so much that an entire industry has grown up around us to help us use time more effectively. Every year, individuals, teams, and organizations spend millions trying to improve their time management skills. There's got to be a better way. Hi, I'm Todd Dewett, author and coach.
