- [JD] Now let's bring all this together and let's look at what I call the business indicators. Now me as the President of CT Homes, I don't look at all the rehab stats every day, although Craig does. I don't look at all the sales stats every day, although sales team does. I don't look at all the acquisition stats 'cause Dan, my acquisitions manager does that. But what I do is I look at what I call the business indicators and it really takes some of the key numbers from every area. And it brings them over into another spot where we as the business owner, can look at the health of our business. This, in my opinion, when you ask, "Hey JD, what are the two or three things that you look at in your business to see if you're doing well or if you're not doing well?
