Project management is a transferrable skill. So once you master it, you will have a skill you can use anywhere for the rest of your life if you want to. So if you're planning and running projects of any kind, you'll know how to manage them easily. I'm going to show you everything you need to know to be able to run any project, any size, in any industry so that you can deliver all of your projects on time and on budget. My name's Chris Croft, and I've been teaching project management for 25 years. And over that time, I've boiled it down to just the bits that a normal, busy person needs to know. So I'd like to welcome you to my LinkedIn learning course on the basics of project management. And let's make your projects great.
