- Professionalism, we have to be professionals. We have to support one another. We have to show up to work in a professional manner. Do not be engaged in gossip. Be engaged in hard work. Every person that I have met that succeeds is the hardest working person I know. They garner respect. They know their job, and they work harder. Those people succeed.
