- It's always seemed crazy to me that by age 22, someone is expected to know what they want to do with their entire career. How can any college grad, even if they've had some great internships, know what they want to be doing for the rest of their career? Well, you don't have to know what you want to do with your career. You just have to know what you want to be doing for the next year. With over 50% of recent college grads leaving their first job before the one year mark, it's quite likely that you won't even be in your first job for a full 365 days. Hopefully this mindset shift takes some of the pressure off of you. This lesson is going to help you brainstorm careers that fit your interests.
