- Learning is wonderful, right? That's why you're here on a site like this because you're hungry for knowledge and you want to improve yourself and grow in your career. What about when your eyes are bigger than your stomach, so to speak, when it comes to your ability to learn? As a speaker and a trainer, I occasionally see this. People who get in the habit of going to so many conferences or going through so many courses that it becomes overwhelming to them and they're unable to follow through and take action on what they're learning. This is neither ideal, nor productive. When considering learning opportunities, first ask yourself, what result and I trying to achieve?
