- If you spend a lot of time in hotels for work, there will probably be times when you'll need to print out documents. Now you most likely don't travel with your own printer, so you'll have to use the computers in the hotel's business center to print your files. Now the way most of these computers are set up in hotels is with a very limited interface. Usually allowing you to choose options like surfing the web, printing boarding passes, opening common applications like Microsoft Word or Excel and so on. Or you can run into problems as if they don't have the software you need to work with or print from and also, they usually charge you by the minute to use these computers, so it's best to do all of your work in prep on your own computer in your room and then head to the business center only when you're ready to print your documents.
