- [Instructor] Now under the Windows section, Windows, this is all of your exterior windows. It does not include sliding glass doors. It's just the windows, and we always want to count up the windows while we're walking around the exterior of the property, because we can see every single window on the home. Now windows, these typically cost anywhere from about 250 to $300 for the window and the install. This is a major difference in pricing between retail and wholesale distributors. We want to make sure that we're leveraging wholesale distributors to get this good price. Now retrofit windows, these are going to be new windows that slide into the existing openings. So you're going to walk around the property. You're going to identify if the windows need to be repaired or do they completely need to be replaced.
